About the role:
We are hiring a full-time Sales Development Associate to make outbound calls to U.S. small businesses and schedule qualified appointments. You will follow a proven script, log call outcomes, and hand off leads to our closer.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to targeted businesses

• Follow our call script and objection handling guide

• Qualify prospects using our checklist

• Schedule appointments into shared calendar

• Record notes in CRM

• Maintain activity targets

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken English

• Confident phone presence

• Reliable internet and headset

• Experience in cold calling preferred

• Able to work nightshift (7pm-3am) hours — full-time
