Devstax is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our business growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads across international markets through B2B cold Calling. This role requires a professional who is comfortable with structured outreach, effective communication, and lead management to help build a strong sales pipeline.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers and understand their business needs.
  • Schedule discovery calls and demos for the sales team.
  • Manage CRM data and track lead progress.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to refine outreach strategies.

 

Ideal Candidate

  • 1+ year of experience in SDR, BDR, or lead generation (preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Goal-oriented, highly organized, and proactive.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
