E-Design Services is looking for a detail-oriented sales assistant to support the team lead in our custom embroidery department.

What you’ll do:
• Read customer communication and create accurate invoices in Shopify
• Support the overseas team lead and coordinate with the local office team
• Understand our products and make informed recommendations to customers
• Help refine customer messaging and tone
• Catch the details others miss

What we need:
• Strong written and spoken English
• Sharp attention to detail
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable working evening hours and coordinating across time zones
