Job Opportunity: Sales Agent – TM Department (Karachi)

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Sales Agent to join our TM Department in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing inbound inquiries, and promoting our trademark registration services to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound telemarketing to promote TM registration services.

Handle inbound calls and assist clients with inquiries regarding TM processes.

Perform data scrapping to gather potential leads and maintain updated contact lists.

Convert leads into sales through effective communication and relationship-building.

Maintain and update CRM records with client details and follow-up information.

Collaborate with the marketing and legal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer support (preferably in a legal, business registration, or service-based environment).

Knowledge of data scrapping tools and techniques.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Location: PECHS block 6, Karachi
Shift Timing: 8:00 PM 5:00 AM (Night Shift)
Working Days: Monday - Saturday
