Ruby on Rails Developer

Description:

We are looking for a motivated Junior Ruby on Rails Developer with around 1 year of experience and some exposure to JavaScript and React. This role is perfect for someone who has a solid foundation in Ruby on Rails, basic front-end skills, and a desire to expand their expertise in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications: Assist in building and maintaining web applications using Ruby on Rails.
• Front-end development: Work with JavaScript and React to implement interactive and dynamic user interfaces.
• Feature implementation: Implement features based on user stories and requirements provided by senior developers and project managers.
• Code quality: Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to code reviews.
• Bug fixing: Identify, troubleshoot, and fix bugs in both back-end and front-end code.
• Learning and growth: Continuously learn and apply new technologies and best practices in Ruby on Rails and front-end development.

Requirements:

• Experience: Approximately 1 year of experience with Ruby on Rails and web development.
• Technical skills: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
• Version control: Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
• Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
