Retail Salesperson

Description:

OWS is seeking a Retail Salesperson whose primary responsibility will be delivering excellent customer service and driving sales by connecting clients with our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers with product selection

• Explain features, pricing, and offers clearly

• Handle billing & payments at the POS

• Maintain an attractive and organized display

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Provide excellent after-sales service

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales (preferred)

• Strong communication & people skills

• Positive, outgoing personality

• Ability to work in high-traffic retail environments
