This role is ideal for candidates with a Civil Engineering background and 2–3 years of experience in retail or commercial development. As a Retail Development Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and executing development projects for retail spaces, ensuring that all work aligns with company standards and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee retail or commercial development projects from inception to completion.

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.

• Conduct site assessments and provide technical input on design and feasibility.

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with company standards.

• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance throughout the construction and development process.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in retail or commercial development.

• Strong project management and coordination skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.

• Familiarity with local construction regulations and standards.
