Research Analyst

Description:

Silverlight Research Expert Network is hiring Research Analysts for a fully remote, commission-based role. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic research and expert network environment, where you will be responsible for sourcing and engaging industry experts for client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Send emails via Zoho to experts and clients.
• Message potential candidates on LinkedIn.
• Review and source expert profiles for client projects.

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of lead generation or recruitment experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Active LinkedIn account with at least 100+ connections.
• Availability to dedicate 8 hours per day (Flexible timing but consistent effort is required).
• Candidates should not be full-time employees or students.

Compensation Structure:

This role is fully commission-based with the following structure:

• $80 per credit (A credit is earned when an expert you source completes a 60-minute client call).
• $3 per expert submission (An expert is considered submitted when they sign up on the website, complete any required screening, and are submitted to a client).

Example Earnings:

• 10 credits = 10 × $80 = $800
• 30 expert submissions = 30 × $3 = $90
• Total potential earnings for 10 credits and 30 submissions: $890
