Relationship Manager Corporate Banking & Sme

Description:

Responsible to introduce ‘new to business’ corporate clients and manage the pipeline. To enhance the company’s portfolio of advances/debt instruments and relationship management of existing clients.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for generating new business for Corporate Banking.

• Handle all types of Debt Transactions (funded/un-funded, structured finance, TFC etc.) under the supervision of Divisional Head, including large ticket/public sector structured financing.

• Mainly focus on High yield low risk transactions.

• Target on getting lead role in the transaction.

• Ability to prepare pitch document for transaction.

• Prepare Credit Proposal for Internal approvals.

• Solicit firm commitments from other financial institutions.

• Monitoring and relationship management of existing portfolio.

• Negotiate with transaction lawyer.

Qualification and Experience

• The candidate should be MBA/CFA or equivalent.

• Minimum 4-5 years’ experience of Corporate Relationship Management in a DFI/Bank.

• Experience in DCM/Syndications/Project Finance transactions to be preferred
