This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Manager based in Lahore. The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing regional operations, managing teams to meet performance goals, and Sales. The role includes building client relationships, monitoring team performance, ensuring compliance with company standards, and driving business growth within the assigned region. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional departments to achieve operational efficiency and excellence while mentoring team members and leading initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
