Regional Sales Manager

Description:

Universal Metals (Pvt.) Ltd., a leading cable and conductor manufacturer in Pakistan, is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow cable sales across Punjab. This is a senior, target driven role for an experienced sales professional who understands the cables or construction market, has strong industry relationships, and can build both a sales pipeline and a regional team.

Job Responsibilities

• Own and achieve regional sales targets for the cable product portfolio
• Build, manage, and grow the regional sales pipeline
• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, contractors, consultants, and key buyers
• Negotiate and close high value orders and long term supply agreements
• Build and lead a regional sales team
• Forecast sales, report on performance, and coordinate with production and logistics teams

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, specifically in cables or construction
• Proven track record of managing regional sales targets and key accounts
• Existing network within cable, construction, or related sales channels
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
