Join our team as a Recovery Associate (𝐅𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐞) and play a vital role in managing receivables for mall outlets, carts, and kiosks — ensuring smooth financial operations and tenant compliance.

🔹 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• Monitor and track payment schedules for mall outlets and kiosks.
• Identify overdue accounts and initiate follow-up procedures.
• Communicate with tenants regarding outstanding payments via phone, email, or meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions.
• Prepare regular reports on recovery status and outstanding balances.
• Work closely with the finance team to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants to ensure timely payments.

🎯 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in collections or accounts receivable is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
