Location: Karachi (Malir, Airport Area) | On-site
Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

Romeo Staffing Agency is looking for an experienced RCM Specialist to join our medical billing operations team. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end revenue cycle from patient registration and insurance verification to claims submission, payment posting, denial management, and collections, ensuring accuracy and timely reimbursements for our US healthcare clients.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in US healthcare Revenue Cycle Management
Strong knowledge of billing, coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS), EOBs, and denial management
Hands-on experience with billing/practice management software (e.g., Kareo, AdvancedMD, Athena)
Excellent English communication (spoken & written)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts efficiently
