Buzz Marketing is hiring on behalf of our U.S.-based partner, eBridgeRCM LLC (New York) — a fast-growing medical billing and revenue cycle management company serving healthcare practices across the United States.

We are looking for an experienced, performance-driven RCM professional who understands the complete revenue cycle and can confidently close and onboard new medical practices.

This is a remote, contract-based opportunity with a lead-based percentage model.

🔹 Role Overview

We are seeking a candidate with extensive end-to-end RCM experience who can:

• Handle full-cycle RCM understanding (front-end to collections)
• Close leads generated through our marketing efforts
• Conduct discovery calls with medical practices
• Present RCM service proposals confidently
• Manage onboarding after client conversion
• Coordinate credentialing, billing & coding workflows
• Work directly with the CEO and U.S. leadership team

🔹 Required Experience

• Proven experience in U.S. medical billing & RCM
• Strong understanding of:
• Insurance credentialing
• CPT/ICD coding
• Claims submission
• AR follow-up
• Denial management
• Experience in closing healthcare clients
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Familiarity with U.S. payer systems and compliance standards
• Ability to manage onboarding of new practices smoothly

🔹 Compensation Model

• Lead-based percentage structure
• The more leads you close, the more you earn
• No earning cap – performance directly drives income
• More leads = More money (simple mantra)

After an initial 3-month performance period, a formal appraisal and growth discussion will be conducted.
