Autocad Operator

Description:

We are seeking a skilled "AutoCAD Drafter" with expertise in simulation software (Dialux), Revit, and 3ds Max. The ideal candidate will transform Conceptual Ideas into realistic designs, perform lighting and spatial simulations, and create high-quality visualizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to create, edit, and manage complex technical drawings.
• Extracting quantities and material lists from CAD drawings.
• Ability to prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and detailed sections.
• Using topographic data, layouts, and GIS/OFC routes where applicable.
• Understanding civil, mechanical, electrical, and architectural plans.
• Zero-error approach to dimensions, scales, and annotations.
• Tracking changes and maintaining drawing history.
• Ability to work with engineers, project managers, and site teams.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple drawings simultaneously.
• Convert sketches, PDFs, and hand-drawn concepts into detailed CAD drawings.
• Use MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for preparing reports, BOQs, presentations, and project documentation.

Expertise Required:

• 3-4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong design sense and understanding of BIM processes.
