ASY Designs is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our growing architecture and construction team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing project costs, budgets, procurement, and financial processes to ensure smooth and cost-effective project execution. 🔹 Key Responsibilities ▪ Prepare detailed cost estimates based on project drawings, specifications, and design documents ▪ Develop, monitor, and update project budgets to maintain cost efficiency and risk control ▪ Conduct cost analysis, forecasting, and expense tracking throughout project lifecycle ▪ Prepare BOQs, tender documents, and contracts for vendors and subcontractors ▪ Evaluate tenders and assist in selecting cost-effective contractors and suppliers ▪ Review and verify invoices, progress claims, and variation orders ▪ Handle procurement processes including vendor coordination and material cost management ▪ Assist in accounts handling related to project costing, payments, and financial documentation ▪ Manage project scope changes and prepare cost impact reports ▪ Maintain accurate financial records, contracts, and project documentation ▪ Interpret and review construction drawings using AutoCAD ▪ Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and contractors 🔹 Key Requirements ✔ Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or relevant field ✔ Strong knowledge of cost estimation, procurement, and project financial management ✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and cost estimation tools ✔ Mandatory working knowledge of AutoCAD ✔ Strong analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills ✔ Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities ✔ Relevant industry experience will be preferred
