Peopleonix is recruiting for a reputed client in the food manufacturing industry. We are looking for an experienced Manager – Quality Assurance to join their team and drive excellence in food safety, innovation, and product development.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead quality management systems, ensuring compliance with ISO 22000, HACCP, FSSC 22000.
• Oversee internal audits, risk management, supplier quality, and customer feedback resolution.
• Spearhead R&D initiatives, including product innovation, prototyping, and process improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, sales, and marketing teams for seamless launches.
• Mentor and build a high-performing QA & R&D team.
