Qa / Sales Analyst

Description:

Expert BOS is looking for a QA / Sales Analyst with strong English skills to support US retail operations. If you're analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about turning data into actionable insights, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
• Supporting US retail operations by monitoring CCTV footage (with audio), ensuring compliance with company policies, and analyzing sales performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate reporting, uphold confidentiality, and collaborate with management to improve operational efficiency and overall business performance while working in a rotational shift environment.

Requirements:
• Intermediate/Bachelor's degree or above.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience in a Back Office or BPO environment is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic Spanish language skills or willingness to learn is a plus.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts.
