Nasksoft is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Python Developer (AI & ML) to join their innovative team based in Gulberg, Lahore. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about building intelligent, scalable backend systems integrated with cutting-edge AI and machine learning technologies. You will play a pivotal role in architecting robust solutions that tackle complex real-world problems through predictive analytics, bioinformatics, and data-driven services.

As part of a collaborative cross-functional team, you will develop backend services using Flask or Django, deploy ML models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn, and implement microservices architectures that scale across cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. You’ll work closely with UI/UX developers, data scientists, and DevOps engineers to deliver impactful and intelligent software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python (Flask/Django)

• Integrate and deploy AI/ML modules in real-world applications

• Implement microservices-based architecture for scalable performance

• Work with large-scale datasets for real-time analytics and processing

• Develop machine learning algorithms using TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn

• Collaborate with the UI/UX team to build data-driven interfaces

• Use Git/Bitbucket for version control and maintain high code quality

• Troubleshoot existing systems, improve performance, and refine models

• Deploy and scale AI/ML solutions using AWS or Azure

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline

• At least 3 years of experience with Python development

• Strong command over Flask and Django frameworks

• Experience with RESTful API integration

• Solid knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)

• Proficiency in data modeling, processing, and analysis

• Deployment expertise on AWS/Azure cloud platforms

• Skilled with Git and strong debugging and problem-solving capabilities

• Excellent team collaboration and communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes

• Understanding of C#/.NET for integration work

• Background in bioinformatics or working with large-scale datasets

• Knowledge of SPSS or other statistical tools

• Experience in microservices and distributed systems architecture
