We are looking for candidates with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in projects and project finance work. The successful candidate will join our dynamic corporate practice, working on diverse and challenging matters for our prestigious client base.

Eligibility:

✓ 3-4 years post-qualification project and project finance experience with a reputed law firm

✓ Experience of project and finance documents (concession agreements, EPC and O&M contracts and finance and security documents)

✓ Understand regulations applicable to the energy sector, public procurement, and public-private partnerships.

✓ Experience of shareholders’ agreements, subscription agreements, company law and banking and foreign exchange regulations.

✓ Strong commercial acumen and industry awareness

✓ Law degree from a renowned university
