Aizonix Solutions, a fast-growing AI-driven tech company shaping the future of innovation, is seeking a Project Bidder Intern to join their dynamic team. This opportunity is ideal for passionate and self-motivated individuals eager to begin or grow their careers in freelancing platforms, business development, and the AI startup ecosystem.

As a Project Bidder Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in the bidding process on top freelancing platforms like Upwork and Freelancer, playing a key role in identifying potential clients, generating leads, and helping the business development team convert prospects into long-term clients. This position will require strong communication and organizational skills as you engage in proposal writing, client communication, and support project execution from initial outreach to delivery.

This internship program offers a duration of 3 months, with the potential for extension or transition into a full-time role based on performance. You will be working remotely, with working hours set from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday).

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in daily bidding and proposal submissions on Upwork and Freelancer platforms.

• Identify, qualify, and nurture potential leads and client accounts.

• Write clear, persuasive, and tailored proposals to address client requirements.

• Assist in preparing outreach emails, pitch decks, and client-facing documents.

• Support client relationship management, including follow-ups and database updates.

• Participate in internal brainstorming sessions for campaign planning and sales strategy.

• Contribute to competitive market research and assist in shaping winning bidding strategies.

• Coordinate and collaborate with the sales and business development teams to align goals and efforts.
