We’re seeking someone who can transform raw footage into visually compelling, emotionally engaging, and professionally polished content through creative editing, dynamic pacing, and seamless music synchronization.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visually engaging cinematic video content with strong storytelling and creative direction.
- Transform raw footage into polished, engaging, and impactful final videos.
- Synchronize visuals with music, beats, and sound to create dynamic and immersive edits.
- Develop effective pacing, transitions, and visual flow to enhance storytelling.
- Apply color correction, color grading, motion graphics, visual effects, and text animations where required.
- Maintain consistency in visual quality, style, and storytelling across projects.
- Understand creative briefs and translate concepts into compelling visual narratives.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently while consistently meeting deadlines.
- Review feedback and make revisions while maintaining the creative vision and quality of the project.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Proven experience in creative and cinematic video editing.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, music synchronization, and visual composition.
- Experience with color grading, transitions, motion graphics, and visual effects.
- Excellent creative judgment with a strong eye for detail.
- Ability to create engaging edits that connect with the audience.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- A strong portfolio/showreel showcasing cinematic and creative editing work is highly preferred.
