Performance Marketer

Description:

Nofilter Coffee is looking for a Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across social media, SEM, PPC, display, and paid search channels to drive growth and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Social, Google Ads, SEM, Display).
• Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
• Improve CPA, ROI, and conversion performance through data-driven strategies.
• Work closely with creative and marketing teams to test and scale campaigns.
• Track KPIs and prepare performance reports/dashboards.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
• 1+ year experience in Performance/Digital Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, PPC & SEO.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to scale campaigns with a focus on ROI.
