We’re seeking an Outbound Specialist who can communicate with confidence, engage prospects effectively, and drive meaningful conversations within the U.S. real estate market.

Key Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Confidence and professionalism in handling outbound calls

Hands-on experience with CRMs and accurate record management

Strong rapport-building, objection-handling, and persuasion skills

A proactive, target-oriented approach with a focus on results

Ability to accept feedback, adapt quickly, and continuously improve

Previous outbound calling or sales experience preferred

Experience in the U.S. real estate market will be a strong advantage
