People Experience Executive

 

Description:

We are looking for a people-focused HR & People Executive to manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HR reporting while driving a strong, inclusive, and high-performance culture. The role requires a proactive, data-driven individual passionate about enhancing employee experience and building an engaged workplace.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

1. Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding to ensure a seamless and high-quality hiring experience aligned with company values.

 

2. Manage HR reporting and analytics, tracking key metrics such as performance, retention, and engagement to support strategic decision-making.

 

3. Oversee performance management cycles, including goal setting, evaluations, and continuous feedback to drive accountability and employee growth.

 

4. Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs that strengthen skills, reinforce company culture, and improve team collaboration.

 

5. Champion culture-building initiatives and employee engagement, fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment while acting as a trusted point of contact for employee relations.

 

Requirements:

 

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in HR, with hands-on exposure to recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.

- Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices, with the ability to manage HR reporting and analytics.

- Demonstrated ability to build, nurture, and sustain a positive company culture, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
