We're Hiring: Payroll Coordinator

V2F Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to manage accurate and timely semi-monthly payroll for client pay rolled contractor resources across the US and global geographies.

What we're looking for:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or a related field
• 2–5 years of payroll processing experience
• Experience with multi-state/multi-country payroll preferred
• Hands-on experience with payroll systems such as ADP, Paychex, Deal, or similar
• Strong Excel, reconciliation, and numerical accuracy skills
• Knowledge of US payroll taxes and wage-and-hour requirements
• High discretion when handling confidential compensation data

Preferred: Staffing/contingent workforce payroll experience, EMEA/EOR exposure, or CPP certification.
