The Innovative Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to join our growing Finance team and support our U.S.-based operations.

💼 Position: Payroll Analyst
📍 Location: I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi — Onsite
🌙 Shift: Night Shift | 7:00 PM–3:00 AM / 8:00 PM–4:00 AM
📅 Days: Monday–Friday

🔹 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Assist with end-to-end payroll processing
✔️ Review and maintain employee payroll data and records
✔️ Verify timesheets, attendance, deductions, and adjustments
✔️ Support payroll reconciliations and reporting
✔️ Assist with payroll-related queries and issue resolution
✔️ Maintain accurate and confidential payroll documentation
✔️ Ensure payroll processes follow company policies and applicable requirements

🔹 Requirements
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
✔️ 1–2 years of relevant payroll/accounting experience
✔️ Basic understanding of payroll processes and reconciliations
✔️ Strong Excel and analytical skills
✔️ Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality
✔️ U.S. payroll experience preferred
