Apax Solutions is hiring a Patient Support Representative to join our team immediately. This role is ideal for candidates with healthcare support experience who can confidently communicate with patients and providers in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle patient calls and inquiries professionally
• Schedule appointments and manage patient communications
• Verify basic patient information and assist with follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth patient support

Requirements:

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus
• Prior experience in patient support/healthcare preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Available for night shift and immediate joining
• Willing to work on-site in Johar Town, Lahore
