Description:
CareGenix Solutions is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals for the role of Patient Support Executive to join our dynamic team in Karachi. This role is ideal for candidates with a medical background who are passionate about patient care and administrative support in a healthcare environment.
As a Patient Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring smooth communication and coordination between patients and medical professionals. You will handle patient inquiries, support documentation, and manage backend tasks to assist in delivering efficient and quality healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with patients to gather and provide information.
Maintain accurate patient records and data entry.
Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate patient support services.
Ensure compliance with all healthcare protocols and patient confidentiality standards.
Assist in scheduling appointments and following up with patients.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a medical-related field (MBBS, Pharmacy, or similar preferred).
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in night shifts (6 PM to 3 AM).
Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures is a plus.
