United Charter School (UCS) is actively seeking a Parent Relation Officer (PRO) to join its professional academic team at the E-11 Campus in Islamabad. The PRO will play a pivotal role in fostering strong connections between the school and its parent community. This position is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, a customer-service mindset, and a passion for educational collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between the school and parents, ensuring all concerns, feedback, and inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

• Organize and participate in parent-teacher meetings, orientation sessions, and other school events.

• Maintain accurate records of parent communications and engagement activities.

• Collaborate with administrative and academic teams to support school-wide initiatives.

• Promote a welcoming and supportive environment for all stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Education, Business Administration, or related field.

• Previous experience in a similar role in an academic environment preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
