Pakistan Country Marketing Director

The Pakistan Country Marketing Director will drive the implementation of marketing strategies in Pakistan, supporting the exclusive distributor, enhancing brand visibility, and contributing to market growth. This role serves as the key liaison between headquarters and the local distributor, ensuring alignment of marketing initiatives, sales targets, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement marketing activities in Pakistan aligned with headquarters’ sales strategy, including product launches, exhibitions, roadshows, and training sessions.

Act as the communication bridge between headquarters and the distributor, optimizing processes, resolving marketing challenges, and supporting sales objectives.

Conduct market research, monitor industry policies, track competitor activities, and provide actionable reports to headquarters.

Support the development and management of key local customers, participate in negotiations, and drive order conversions.

Manage and guide the local marketing team, coordinate budgets, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and report progress regularly.

Collaborate with headquarters to ensure smooth product delivery and after-sales support, enhancing customer satisfaction and long-term market development.

Requirements:

Diploma or higher; experience in the renewable energy sector preferred (solar PV, energy storage, or related fields).

Practical experience in market operations, with involvement in at least two areas: customer relationship management, marketing promotions, or event management. Ability to independently plan and execute marketing activities.

Preferably a Chinese professional based in Pakistan, fluent in Chinese, with working knowledge of English; Urdu proficiency is a plus.

Strong understanding of Pakistan’s business environment and policies, excellent communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and leadership skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
