Outbound Sales Team Lead

We are looking for a Team Lead – Outbound Sales to manage and motivate a team of call center agents. This role focuses on driving sales, achieving KPIs, and ensuring quality customer interactions. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in domestic call center operations and telesales (insurance experience preferred).

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide outbound sales agents.
Ensure sales targets and KPIs are consistently achieved.
Conduct training, coaching, and performance reviews.
Monitor calls for quality and compliance.
Prepare and share performance reports with management.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree.
1–2 years of supervisory experience in a domestic call center.
Proven telesales/insurance sales experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and reporting/Excel skills.
