We are hiring Operations Officers on behalf of our prestigious US-based healthcare clients.

This is a full-time, permanent position. You will directly support live US healthcare operations.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
• Excellent English communication skills — written & spoken
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Quick learner, ready to handle medical systems & US healthcare processes
• Computer proficiency (MS Office, G-Suite, fast typing)
• Fully comfortable with EST shift hours
