🔹 What You’ll Do:
✅ Oversee daily resort operations
✅ Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver world-class service
✅ Resolve guest issues quickly and professionally
✅ Manage costs effectively and achieve revenue targets
✅ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards

🔹 What We’re Looking For:
5+ years’ experience in hotel/resort / Housekeeping / Front Office
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
