Operations & Finance Manager

Description:

Veevo Tech, a leading product-based technology company, is looking for a creative and strategic Operations & Finance Manager to manage administrative, financial, and operational aspects of the company. The role involves enhancing operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness, compliance, and financial strategy development.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Administration:

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure cost-effective strategies.
• Coordinate with branches on administrative & management matters.
• Formulate and implement strategic and operational objectives.
• Work as an assistant to senior management for operational efficiency.
• Identify & implement innovative solutions to improve management operations.

Finance & Accounting:

• Maintain records of client payments while ensuring compliance.
• Formulate strategies to enhance the financial position of the company.
• Manage and oversee daily financial transactions for accuracy.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Coordinate with relevant teams for account reconciliation & tax submissions.
• Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with Pakistan’s financial regulations.
• Manage payroll processes & financial records of employees.
• Liaise with external auditors for financial reporting.

Must-Have Requirements:

• Minimum 1-year experience in Admin & Finance.
• Strong management & organizational skills.
• Ability to ensure legal compliance & streamline processes.
• Critical & out-of-the-box thinking to enhance daily operations.
• Knowledge of financial regulations & accounting principles in Pakistan.
