Operations Executive

Description:

We’re hiring a Operations Executive - Retail to provide back-end support to the Retail Operations and Field teams through efficient administration and comprehensive reporting.

THE ROLE:

1) Ensure adherence to day-to-day retail operational procedures, including inventory management, VM standards, and SOP compliance across outlets. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.

2) Monitor and analyze key retail performance indicators and maintain monthly reporting.

3) Support cross collaboration to ensure smooth execution of retail operations.

THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THE ROLE:

● Qualification: Bachelor’s/Hons degree in Business, Computer Sciences, Data Analytics or relevant field.

● Experience: 2–3 years of experience in retail operations/ process improvement preferably in multi-store retail or fashion/footwear sector
