• Oversee daily operations of the service center
• Manage technicians and repair workflow
• Ensure timely and quality repairs
• Handle customer queries and complaints
• Monitor spare parts inventory
• Prepare daily/weekly performance reports
• Improve service processes and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Strong leadership & operations management skills
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
