- Editors who can replicate or exceed the fast-paced, high-retention style seen in creators like Devin Jatho
- Strong grip on punchy cuts, motion graphics, captions, zooms, overlays, color grading, and sound design
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut Desktop, or similar tools
- Ability to handle 2–5 reels daily depending on project complexity
- Commitment to delivering scroll-stopping content for personal brands and creators
