Joblogic is a leading UK-based SaaS company providing field service businesses (HVACR, Plumbing & Heating, Electrical Contracting, and Maintenance) with an all-in-one management solution. With over 20 years of industry experience and significant global growth, we are expanding our operations and seeking a dedicated Onboarding Consultant to join our Lahore team.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers to understand their specific SAAS requirements and business processes.

• Develop and implement tailored onboarding plans for each customer to ensure a smooth transition to Joblogic.

• Configure and customize the Joblogic platform based on customer needs and preferences.

• Provide ongoing support to ensure customers are proficient in using Joblogic.

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the onboarding and implementation process, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

• Work closely with internal teams (sales, technical, customer support, training) to ensure a coordinated and successful onboarding experience.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to SAAS implementation and onboarding.

✅ What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience in SAAS implementation and onboarding, preferably in a customer-facing role.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams.

• Proficiency in using SAAS platforms and related technologies.

• A proactive, results-driven mindset focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
