Infinix Mobile is looking for energetic, creative, and driven fresh graduates to join our Marketing team as Management Trainee Officers (MTOs). This role offers hands-on exposure to brand marketing, digital campaigns, community engagement, and cross-functional collaboration within a global smartphone brand.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Support marketing campaigns, brand activations, and digital initiatives

• Assist in managing online communities and social media engagement across platforms

• Help plan content calendars, campaign themes, and promotional activities

• Coordinate with internal teams (brand, product, sales) for smooth execution

• Assist in tracking campaign performance and preparing basic reports

• Support community moderation, user engagement, and feedback collection

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience

• Strong interest in marketing, branding, and digital platforms

• Basic understanding of social media, online communities, and content trends

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow

• Interest in technology, smartphones, or digital communities is a plus
