Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have 0-1 year of experience

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, ecommerce, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of ecommerce, digital marketing

Analytical and problem-solving abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and grow customer base through engaging initiatives

Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, resolve complaints

Process refunds efficiently, track status

Manage website product listings, activate/deactivate as needed

Ensure timely product delivery, forward shipping info, follow up on returns

Maintain accurate product information on website

Manage order processing slots to optimize fulfillment
