We’re looking for a motivated Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Business Development with 6 months of experience to support our client acquisition and outreach efforts.

Responsibilities:

Lead research & database management
Outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email, Upwork)
Lead qualification & follow-ups
Meeting scheduling & CRM updates

Requirements:

6 months of experience in BD / Sales / Lead Generation
Strong communication skills
Comfortable with LinkedIn & Google Sheets
Willingness to learn and take ownership
