As an MLOps Engineer, you will be responsible for driving infrastructure and platform initiatives related to AI/ML pipelines, focusing on automated model training, inference, and deployment. This role requires expertise in MLOps tools, DevOps practices, and scalable cloud-based AI pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy MLOps infrastructure to enhance AI model development and deployment velocity.
- Implement CI/CD, experiment tracking, model registry, and monitoring systems for AI models.
- Build scalable cloud-based AI/ML pipelines for customer-facing inference and visualization services.
- Optimize system availability, performance, and reliability while maintaining SLAs.
- Automate repetitive processes and develop scalable solutions for model evaluation, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with Backend, Frontend, and Platform teams to ensure seamless AI integration.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in MLOps and DevOps for AI/ML pipelines.
- Technical Skills:
- MLOps & DevOps Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Kubeflow, Spark, Airflow, AWS, CI/CD
- Software Development: Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- AI/ML Expertise (Preferred): Computer vision, deep learning, machine learning, or predictive modeling.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong collaborative mindset and ability to work across technical teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
