Job Overview: We are hiring a MIS Consultant for a leading UAE bank. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing management information systems to support business decision-making processes. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic banking environment from Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, design, and maintain reports using Crystal Reports or Business Objects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for report generation.
• Create and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators.
• Conduct data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of reporting.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users as required.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Over 6 years of experience in report development using Crystal Reports or Business Objects.
• Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and database management.
• Strong understanding of web development for reporting interfaces.
• Experience in the banking sector is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with remote teams.
