Mep Supervisor

Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for an MEP Supervisor based in Rawalpindi. The MEP Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing site activities, conducting inspections, ensuring compliance with project timelines, and managing the maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. The role also involves supporting the Facility Management team and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Site Supervision and Site Inspections
• Experience in Facility Management (FM) and Building Maintenance
• Solid understanding of Plumbing and MEP-related systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in real estate or construction projects is a plus.
