Medical Dispatcher

Description:

CCI Pakistan is seeking an experienced Medical Dispatcher to manage night shift operations for U.S.-based clients. This role is ideal for individuals with 1–2 years of experience in dispatching, particularly for the U.S. market. The Medical Dispatcher will be responsible for route planning, driver coordination, and ensuring smooth logistics operations during the night shift.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and optimize routes for medical deliveries.

• Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely deliveries and accurate scheduling.

• Communicate with U.S. clients and drivers to ensure smooth operations.

• Utilize dispatching software and load boards for efficient route and load management.

• Handle real-time issues and problem-solving to resolve logistical challenges.

• Maintain high standards of communication, both verbally and in writing, with clients and drivers.

Candidate Profile:

• 1–2 years of experience in dispatching operations, especially for U.S.-based clients.

• Strong knowledge of dispatching software and load boards.

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced logistics environment.

• Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Work Schedule:

• Night shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM.
