AI Square is a leading provider of medical billing services, dedicated to optimizing revenue cycle management for healthcare providers. We are currently hiring a Medical Biller to handle the billing account of our chiropractic doctor client based in California.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process and submit insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner.
• Review and verify patient information, insurance details, and billing codes.
• Follow up on unpaid claims.
• Post payments, adjustments, and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and insurance regulations.
• Generate reports on billing activities and account status.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in medical billing, preferably in chiropractic billing.
• Proficiency in using medical billing software and EHR systems.
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10 codes, and insurance guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
