Description:
➡️Supervise and lead a team of mechanical technicians and contractors
➡️Ensure preventive & breakdown maintenance of production and packaging equipment
➡️Maintain ice cream and dairy processing machinery (freezers, mixers, homogenizers, fillers, conveyors, compressors)
➡️Minimize downtime through effective troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
➡️Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and safety standards
➡️Support equipment installation, commissioning, and continuous improvement projects
➡️Manage spare parts, maintenance schedules, and CMMS records
➡️Collaborate closely with Production, QA, and Engineering teams

* 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 05 - 06 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within FMCG or food manufacturing in the 𝗜𝗰𝗲-c𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
