As a Market Development Executive, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between product innovation and customer needs. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing field-level marketing strategies, promoting the organization’s product portfolio to farmers and distributors, and identifying new market opportunities. You will also be expected to conduct field trials, demonstrations, and awareness sessions to educate end-users about the benefits and usage of agrochemical products.

You’ll be working closely with the sales and marketing teams to gather market intelligence, analyze competitor trends, and support the roll-out of targeted campaigns. Your understanding of agronomic practices and ability to communicate effectively with farmers and field staff will be instrumental in ensuring the successful positioning of the company’s offerings.

This role requires a deep understanding of crop protection, agronomic advisory, and modern farming solutions. Educational Requirements:

• M.Sc or B.Sc (Hons) in Agriculture with specialization in one of the following areas:

  • Agronomy

  • Entomology

  • Plant Pathology

  • Soil Sciences

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or marketing roles within the agrochemical industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in field conditions and interact directly with farmers and dealers

• Sound knowledge of agricultural inputs and farming practices
