Description:
We are seeking an experienced PCB Production Manager to lead and oversee our programmable circuit board manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency, quality, and innovation while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SOPs, policies, and objectives for the PCB production section.
- Ensure timely calibration of PCB equipment and maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Participate in daily morning meetings to review and resolve previous day’s finished goods (FG) auditing issues.
- Support the Management Representative (MR) in internal (quality) and external audits (ISO/HQ).
- Monitor production operations to ensure output targets are achieved within set timelines.
- Coordinate trial productions with key teams (R&D, Production, LQC, IQC, MNT, etc.).
- Supervise Line of Balance (LoB) to improve productivity while optimizing cost and time.
- Ensure all machinery and equipment are functioning at optimal performance levels.
- Escalate critical production or quality issues to senior management.
- Oversee the Quality Control (QC) team to maintain product compliance with quality standards.
- Train new Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) inspectors on work instructions and schedules as per quality plans.
- Promote a safe and clean working environment through adherence to KAIZEN, 6S, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with department heads to manage production and maintenance budgets effectively.
- Coordinate with supply chain to maintain necessary raw material stock for uninterrupted production.
- Lead, train, and motivate teams to ensure seamless factory operations and team development.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce waste, improve output, and boost product quality.
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets, KPIs, business plans, and operational improvement projects.
- Liaise with R&D and Quality teams (local and HQ) to enhance raw material quality and product design.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in PCB production or electronics manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of production planning, quality standards, and equipment maintenance
- Hands-on experience with audits (ISO/Quality) and continuous improvement methodologies (KAIZEN/6S)
- Effective leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems, and production reporting tools
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with programmable or multi-layer circuit boards
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles
- Ability to work in high-paced, deadline-driven environments
